Question:
Where do your volunteers come from?
Answer:
Melanie Bogner and Erin Wychopen each have many contacts through various homeschooling circles. Word of mouth is also a large part of this process. Each of our volunteers must fill out a detailed application and are approved by the CMT staff.
Question:
Will a direct salvation message be given during the children’s conference program?
Answer:
YES! This is our ULTIMATE goal…that each child will have an opportunity to know the Lord! Each day, the salvation message is explained through stories, crafts and skits.
Question:
How will you be handling any child that indicates a desire to become a Christian?
Answer:
In most cases, either the team leader or assistant will take the child aside while the other continues leading their group. If there are several children interested in receiving Christ, we have several moms as well as the Wisdom Walk team that will be available to assist the leaders.

The music that we teach the children during the conference was written by Ron Hamilton for Patch the Pirate. You can find out more about their exciting material by visiting http://www.majestymusic.com.
